ASPIRE is the Fermanagh & Omagh District Council led Employability Programme supporting people into paid employment.  ASPIRE operates across the Fermanagh & Omagh District Council area and is open to people aged 16 years and upwards, currently unemployed or economically inactive and seeking employment.
